i have tested. it improves the hearing, although You can hear some noise (the air) You need to adjust it to the person that needs the hearing aid. first turn it on on low then You can put for higher hearing. as You can see it looks like an regular ear pods.
It is the second that I buy for my father, since he lost the first, he asked me to buy him the same, since it is the one that was best for him. I recommend.

I bought for my sister she had strong tinnitus, these devices are life saver for her, make her listen better and reduce the tinnitus. For me it is touching see now her making jokes and laughing again, before she was very sad and depressed. Thanks so much to the seller and the manufacturer.
